These Regulations entered into force on 1 March 2012.
Abstract

These Regulations provide for the safety management of radioactive waste, aiming to protect the environment and safeguard the human health. The text consists of 46 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Handling and disposal of radioactive wastes (II); Storage of radioactive wastes (III); supervision and management (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
