Abstract

This Decree prescribes, in the Table, the maximum value of polluting substances of water taken in by production facilities including factories for the production of food. The maximum value of polluting substances is defined by the second comma of article 22 of the Act on the pollution of surface waters and the second comma of article 122K of the Water Boards Act. The Decree also concerns the calculation of polluting values and notification of changes in the operation of facilities that may affect polluting values.
