Abstract This Decree sets forth mandatory requirements for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs related to keeping, growing, production, reproduction, transportation, trade, slaughtering, disposal of dead carcasses of poultry and animal products. It shall be applicable to hen, duck, turkey, goose and pearl hen. Poultry breeding farms must contain the following premises: (a) veterinary laboratory; (b) disinfection unit; (c) slaughtering unit; and (d) unit for post-mortem examination. Poultry farms must be equipped with functioning sewerage system. Poultry farms must be kept dry and clean. Only means of transport assigned to poultry farm shall be authorized to enter inside its premises. Territory of poultry farm shall have animal feedstuffs storage unit.
