Area for keeping live animals shall contain: (a) premises for keeping animals; (b) premises for preparation of animal feed and premises for storage of animal feedstuffs; (c) cold storage box; (d) sanitary treatment premises; (e) storage facilities for detergents and disinfectants; and (f) facilities for veterinary arrangements. Adjacent territory shall contain fenced area for open-air walking of animals that must be daily cleaned and disinfected. Animal feedstuffs shall be prepared at feed-processing building. Transportation and delivery of animal feedstuffs shall be done in closed labelled containers. All the animals incoming to circus shall be accompanied by veterinary certificate and shall be subject to veterinary examination by experts.
