Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, composed of three articles, regulates the limits to the use of GMOs in the areas surrounding conservation units. The Ministry for Environment shall classify the conservation units where the cultivation of genetically modified cotton will be allowed.
