Abstract

This Decree establishes the procedure for technical operation of potable water supply and water discharge (sewerage) systems in residential areas by legal persons of all types of property. Operation of potable water supply and water discharge (sewerage) systems in residential areas includes organizational-technical measures for inspection, technical inspection, technological and technical control, maintenance and repair, scheduled for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting accidents, and malfunctions approved by the chief engineer of potable water supply and water discharge (sewerage) operator. Beginning of operation of drinking water supply systems and water discharge (sewerage) is the date of approval of the act of their acceptance in operation. Prior to the acceptance of water abstraction facilities for operation, shall be performed the following surveys: (a) full well depth measurement; (b) determination of static (recovered) and dynamic water levels as well as specific water consumption or productivity of waterworks; (c) location of the casing (bottom to top mark); (d) determination of verticality of wells; (e) inspection of the pump unit attachment to the bottom flange of the well base plate; (f) completeness of water lifting equipment with automatic start up; (g) determination of the quality of concrete foundation performance for the base plate; (h) availability of a gate valve, pressure gauge, water meter and sampler cranes; (i) availability of a pumping pipe for the well; (j) the level of sealing of wellheads; (k) compliance of executive survey of prefabricated waterways, wells with design solutions; (l) compliance of fencing and landscaping in the first potable water zone belt of centralized potable water supply systems to the design solutions; (m) compliance of works with the well drilling project; (n) compliance of the installed equipment with the manufacturers’ certification; and (o) laboratory results on water pumping from wells, irrigation of a drill hole and disinfection.
