Abstract

This Decree, composed of two articles and 2 Annexes, creates the Partial Reserve of the Lake Niassa and related contiguous buffer zone. The Decree stipulates that the bordering areas of such protected area shall be regulated in order to protect, conserve, preserve and manage aquatic resources, in particular for endangered or rare fish species and allowing sustainable exploitation of natural resources. The Annexes provide a map and the geographical coordinates of the Natural Reserve.
