The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

This Decree shall be applied to the construction and activity of fairs, markets (market halls) and malls, but it is not applicable to local farmers markets. This Decree contains building requirements that help to maintain clean the premises and preserve hygiene. It sets requisites of potable water supply, effluent water discharge and waste disposal, food storage, disinfection of premises and personnel. It contains specific hygienic rules of certain kind of food (dairy products, egg, mushrooms, etc.).
