Abstract

Pursuant to the provisions laid down at the European Community level in Directives 90/425/EEC and 89/662/EEC, the present Decree establishes rules governing the veterinary cheks to be carried out in respect of live animals (those mentioned in Annex A) and products of animal origin (those mentioned in Annex B) entering or leaving the territory of San Marino, as regards trade with European Community Member States.
