Abstract

Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cancerogenic, mutagenic and toxic substances listed in the items 29, 30 and 31 authorized for retail sale shall be prohibited for use as substance or part of produce in concentrations that are equal or exceed concentrations established in the normative legal acts specifying hazardous chemical substances”.
