Abstract

This Decree approves the Protecting Norms for new varieties of plants. These Norms, consisting of 8 Chapters, apply to intellectual property of plant variety, registration, plant improvement and production. Selected competent authorities will be responsible for the issuing of certification and plant production authorization. Controls and sanctions for illegal activities are appended to the Norms.
