Abstract

This Decree, composed of six articles and two Annexes, approves the structure and functions of the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform – INCRA. In particular, it regulates INCRA’s legal status and competences, the internal structure, the organization of collective bodies and their related competences.
