This Decree enters into force on the day of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree sets forth the procedure for release of nonpathogenic GMOs to environment and testing thereof at the moment of release. Testing shall be performed by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, subject to prior release of authorization by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, on experimental testing fields and in fenced-in areas.
