Abstract The Product Organization for Hotels, Restaurants and Bars, established under article 2, shall be a semi-public body responsible for the regulation and organization of the sector. It may issue rules regarding operation of hotels, restaurants and bars in accordance with section 93 of the Act relative to the Organization of the Industrial Sector and may on charge a levy in accordance with section 126 of the same Act.
