Abstract

The Council of Ministers, for the purpose of improvement of the conditions of reproduction of the precious marketable fish stocks, decrees to validate the list of rivers, their estuaries and other water bodies that are the spawning grounds of salmon and sturgeon stocks along the banks of which it is prohibited to carry out timber extraction at a distance of less than 1 kilometre and, in the areas where fish farming enterprises for the reproduction of salmon and sturgeon species are situated the distance shall be of no less than 3 kilometres.
