Abstract

This Decree establishes hygienic norms for maximum allowable rates of contents for maximum residue limits (MRL) of substances of pesticides and hazardous metabolites thereof in the environmental objects either produced of the territory of the Russian Federation or imported from abroad. In order to control pesticides registered in the Russian Federation shall be applicable the principle of hygienic rate setting based on the assumption that the total summarized quantity of pesticides absorbed by the organism from different environmental sources shall not exceed maximum allowable daily rate established for human beings. Environmental objects, as regards MRL pesticides contents, shall comply with these Hygienic and Sanitary Requirements.
