Decree No. 541 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on stocking and storage of oil and oil derivates.

This Decree establishes the modalities of stocking and storage of reserves of oil and oil derivate and sets forth classification thereof. The aforesaid activities shall be regulated by special authorization (licence). The relations between licence holders shall be regulated by contractual arrangements. Storage reservoirs for oil and oil derivates must comply with the established standards and must be equipped with measurement devices.
