Abstract This Decree, consisting of 29 articles, regulates the Deliberative Council for the Forest Development Fund (FUNDEFLOR), created by Law No. 14.961 of 13 December 2016. It regulates the above mentioned Council of FUNDEFLOR, which will decide on the use of the resources of the fund, through a budget and an annual and multi-annual application plan, within the purpose of the State agricultural policy for planted forests and their products. It is also responsible for defining and approving policies, strategies and guidelines for planted forests to harmoniously take actions to meet the development needs of the entire production chain.
