Vessels which intend to fish in these areas shall report to the Directorate of Fisheries for registration (sect. 2). In accordance with section 3, vessels shall notify also: entry, weekly catch and days of fishing, and exit from the area. In each of these stages catch quantities shall be reported observing FAO codes. Section 4 introduces a duty to report for vessels which fish for red fishes with pelagic trawl. Infringement of provisions of the present Decree shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983.
