Abstract

This Decree put under safeguard procedure in the territory of Hungary the seed of inbred lines and hybrids derived from maize line MON 810 (MON 810 seed). Production, use, marketing and import of MON 810 seed are forbidden. This prohibition does not concern the utilization of MON 810 maize in the food and feed industry, the re-packaging and transit without further processing of MON 810 if it is guaranteed no release of such maize in the environment.
