Abstract This Decree approves and implements, in waters under Capeverdian jurisdiction, the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities. The Code, consisting of two Parts, regulates the security on board during navigation and the functioning and exploitation of ports under the jurisdiction of Cape Verde.
