This Decree establishes sanitary and hygienic requirements for ensuring radiation safety that are compulsory for natural and legal persons carrying out conservation of gas condensate. The aforesaid requirements shall ensure continuing radiation and hygienic monitoring of storage facilities of gas condensate. In case of the presence of hazardous chemical substances in gas concentrate environmental impact assessment (EIA) shall be carried out and environmental protection measures shall be applied.
