Abstract

This Decree put under safeguard procedure in the territory of Hungary the potato genetically modified for enhanced content of the amylopectin component of starch (Amflora potato). Marketing and use of food and feed containing Amflora potato are forbidden in Hungary even if the presence is adventitious or technically unavoidable.
