This Regulation, consisting of 35 articles divided into nine Chapters and eight Annexes, aims to regulate the provisions of Fisheries Law No. 3/90 of 26 September regarding the practice of recreational and sport fishing performed by natural, legal, national or foreign persons within the jurisdictional waters of the Republic of Mozambique.
