Abstract This Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 of Decree No. 383 of 2005 is amended as follows: “the importation of all kinds of ornamental birds, water and wild birds from all countries of the world shall be banned temporarily till further notice, with an exception of hunting birds bred in captivity and imported from countries in which no Avian Flue infections have been registered”.
