Gardening and viticultural associations shall be non-commercial voluntary organizations of natural persons set up for gardening and viticultural activity. Plots of land allotted by heads local administration for collective gardening and viticultural activity shall be used for cultivation of fruits, berries and other agricultural plant species. Gardening and viticultural associations can be set up in case of availability of no less than 30 natural persons – would-be members. State registration of the aforesaid associations shall be carried out in accordance with the modalities established by law. Full text Russian Website norma.uz
