Abstract

According to this Decree, the subsidization of promotion of marketing of agraricultural products is performed by the Agrarian Marketing Center (Public Utility Company, AMC), and aims to the improvement of marketability and to the strengthening of customer oriented production. Granting of subsidies for the realization of the goals approved in the general program is decided by the Ministry. The decision is based on the proposal of the AMC and considers the professional aspects of the projects. In case of positive decision of the Ministry, the AMC stipulates a subsidization contract with the applicant, describing in the contract the subsidized project, the amount of the subsidy, and the method of accounting. The Ministry, with the involvement of the AMC, controls the compliance of the utilization of the subsidy with the intended purpose and ensures the repayment of illegally obtained subsidy.
