This Decree enters into force on 1 April 2009.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “Hygienic requirements for microclimate in the process of projecting and operation of potash mines that establish optimum and permissible microclimate indices for different types of potash mines and contain terms and conditions for measurement and assessment of microclimate indices. The scope of this Decree shall be protection of public health and workforce in the process of construction and operation of potash mines. Microclimate conditions indices shall include air temperature and temperature of minerals, relative air humidity and air movement speed.
