Abstract

This Decree establishes protective measures in order to prevent marine and coastal pollution. It prohibits (except if extraordinarly authorized) any discharge into the contiguous zone or territorial waters (including inland waters), of waste waters, residues, or any polluting substance. Sanctions for illegal activity are prescribed in the text.
