Abstract This Decree, composed of three articles and one Annex, approves the implementing regulation of Law No. 6.894 providing for the inspection on production and trade of plant fertilizers destined to agriculture. The annexed Regulation is composed of 113 articles structured into 12 Chapters. It defines general rules on registration, labelling, classification, control and inspection over the production and trade of fertilizers, inoculants or bio-fertilizers used in agricultural activities.
