This Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters and three Annexes, establishes the legal regime applicable to the amateur diving throughout the national territory for amateur diving activity performed by legal or natural public and private entities duly licensed. In addition, it establishes the licensing requirements for the operation of diving services, the technical director, the information to be provided and the diving coordinator, regulating the licensing, training and certification, the practice of amateur diving, and set out the precautionary measures, the fees, offences and penalties for illegal activities.
