Abstract

This Decree requires a person who commercially cultivates plants and who stores, possesses or uses plant protection substances to draft a plant protection substances plan and to keep a plant protection journal. Any deviations from the plan, the contents of which are set out in article 2 of this Decree, shall be recorded by the cultivator in the journal. The cultivator shall observe any rules regarding use of plant protection substances and integrated control issued by the Minister. The Decree shall not apply to organic production by cultivators registered as organic producers.
