Primary inspection and assessment of polluted and potentially polluted areas shall be performed by local government in coordination with regional environmental protection body. The Ministry of Defence shall inspect polluted and potentially polluted areas on territories under its jurisdiction. Aggregated data on polluted and potentially polluted areas shall include the following information: (a) on conducted inspections and outcome thereof; (b) on economic activities that could have had impact on soil, ground and groundwater; (c) physical and chemical parameters of the territory that determine sensibility of the territory to pollution; and (d) extension and risk of pollution.
