This Decree enters into force 30 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 8 Chapters, regulates the norms for licensing processing and treatment establishments, for registration and marketing of artisanal edible animal and vegetable origin products within the state of Pará. Standards for licensing establishments which are engaged in the above mentioned artisanal activities or processing, registration and marketing shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7.565.
