This Decree enters into force on 19 July 2012.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for effluent waste water discharge and sewerage system of residential areas” and has as its purpose protection of human life and health, conservation and improvement of water quality used for potable water supply. Equipment of water supply and sewerage system of residential areas must comply with these sanitary rules and regulations, and other normative technical requirements. Location of effluent waste water discharge and sewerage systems shall be coordinated with state sanitary inspection bodies. Discharge of burdened stream of water, concentrated vat deposits and waste snow to waterbodies, surface ice cover and in sanitary protection areas of potable water supply sources shall be prohibited.
