The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 February 2013.

Abstract

The support has the objective of: increasing the output and competitiveness of agricultural and food processing plants through the improvement of the processing and marketing methods or through the introduction of new products, procedures, technologies; improving food safety and food hygiene; and reducing the environmental impact. This Decree provides rules regarding the obligations of the grantee, the administrative procedures and sanctions.
