This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, lays down provisions on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment by adopting requirements listed in Annexes III and IV of Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The aim is to contribute to the protection of human health and the environment.
