This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters, regulates the Programme for incentives to cultivation, extraction, consumption, trade and processing of Pequi fruit and other native fruits of Cerrado Biome (PRÓ-PEQUI). This Programmes support local populations who traditionally live on the sustainable exploitation of this fruit within this area through incentive to practices of agricultural harvesting, including processing and commercialization activities of Pequi fruits and other native fruit products.
