Abstract

This Decree amends the Decree containing measures regarding quality objectives and measurements for surface waters so as to give effect to Article 8 of Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy regarding programmes for the monitoring of water quality.
