Abstract The Council of Ministers establishes that submittal of information related to potable water supply shall be performed by local government, organizations of water supply and sewerage by displaying the aforesaid information in mass media, on the official websites of the respective government agencies and organizations in the worldwide net (internet) or by other publicly available means. Information related to potable water supply must contain the following data: (a) on implementation of regional complexes of measures in the field of potable water supply, perspective plans for development of water supply systems in the territory of the respective administrative and territorial units; (b) on implementation of state programs in the field of potable water supply; (c) on organization of drinking water supply, including cases of absence of centralized potable water supply systems and emergency situations; (d) on implementation of measures on development of water supply systems in the territory of the appropriate administrative-territorial unit; (e) the prospective construction of centralized potable water supply systems, including street water networks for the operating residential facilities; (f) targeted potable water supply to consumers, meeting potable water safety standards; (g) tariffs for the provision of water services; and (h) other information envisaged by acting legislation.
