It consists of nine sections: Object of agricultural lease (I); Subjects of agricultural lease (II); Land lease (III); Types of competitive bidding according to the criteria for finding winners (IV); Rules of operation of the Commission (V); Leasing land by a legal entity (VI); Leasing land by an individual (VII); Announcing a call for competitive bidding (VIII); and Preferences and restrictions when leasing state-owned agricultural land (IX).
