Abstract This Decree, consisting of 7 Chapters and 2 Annexes, approves the new Regulation for Underwater Sport Fishing into the waters under Mozambican jurisdiction. It specifies the requirements (including physical) to be met for obtaining a licence for underwater sport fishing; unauthorized fishing gear and methods, etc. I also incudes forms to be filled in by the applicants, and establishes licence fees and sanctions for illegal activities.
