Abstract This Decree validates the rates of maximum permissible rates of concentration of oil in land and soil as follows: (a) for urban land, land of subsidiary smallholding cooperatives, forest land, land of public water fund, agricultural land, environmental protection, recreational land and land of historical and cultural heritage 50 mg/kg; and (b) industrial land, transport, communications, energy, defence and other categories of land 100 mg/kg.
