Abstract This Decree, consisting of 12 articles, provides for regulating the Programme for Integrated Management of Waters and Natural Landscape. This Programme aims to promote the sustainable management of the water resources of the State of Espírito Santo. The Program's activities cover strategic urban and rural areas, with investments planned for the protection and recovery of water sources involving the expansion of basic sanitation services, actions aimed at strengthening water management, reforestation support and sustainable land management practices and from water. The Programme covers actions for the following investment sectors: Integrated Water Resource Management and Disaster Risk Management; Expansion of Sanitary Sewage Coverage and Improvement of the Efficiency of Basic Sanitation Services; Restoration of Forestry Coverage and Water Supply Management; Institutional Strengthening of Programme Management.
