Abstract This Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 lays down requirements and conditions for the importation of hatching eggs, parents stocks and layers of one day old from countries where no infectious cases of Avian Flu Disease have been reported. These are to: (a) obtain a prior import permit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries; and, (b) fulfil the conditions of importation as provided for in the By-Law of the International Organization of Animal Wealth.
