Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedure on allocation of subsidies to stockbreeding, poultry breeding and fishfarming enterprises for grown and sold products thereof. No subsidies shall be allocated for livestock, poultry and fishery products sold for export. The grounds for refusal to allocate a subsidy shall be as follows: (a) if the recipient of the subsidy does not meet the requirements of paragraphs 4, 5, 10 and 12 of this Regulation; and (b) incompleteness or deficiency of documents submitted by the recipient of the subsidy through the study conducted by the district (city) commission to ensure the effective organization of the allocation of subsidies for livestock products. Subsidy recipients are responsible for the installation of "on-line" cash registers for the sale of products in cash or by bank card (payment terminal). Meat of large and small horned cattle (live weight), poultry and fish shall be measured in kilograms, milk in liters, poultry eggs shall be calculated in pieces. The Regulation lists documentation requested for access to subsidies.
