No. 176), with the exception of certain specified areas. Article 7 of the Fisheries Act 1963 prohibits fishing in waters for which another person has fishing rights. The principal Regulation seeks to prevent hindrance of fishing on oysters and mussels by other fishing. Article 1 is amended by allowing also fishing with one or more rods without permission of the holder of the fishing right in the area concerned. A reference to coastal water in the Scheldt area is adjusted as a result of the modification of the border of that area which is reflected an amendment of the Decree Indicating Maritime Areas and Coastal Waters 1970.
