This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, approves the Regulation of Law No. 10.576 on the Plant Health Protection within the State of Espírito Santo. This Regulation, consisting of 55 articles divided into eight Chapters, regulates the Plant Health Protection through the Plant Protection Commission, as a collegiate body with informative and advisory role to the IDAF, aiming at improving the plant health protection in the State. The Commission is responsible to perform the following activities: propose to IDAF standards and procedures for implementing the plant health protection; propose to IDAF guidelines for related policies to be adopted in the State; propose to IDAF related measures to and procedures; analyze and apply related norms, proposing to IDAF the necessary modifications; identify demands and propose mechanisms to implement related measures.
