Production unit “Kyrgyzgeology” shall be the authorized state institution to carry out exploration and evaluation of the amount of amberat and amberat-containing minerals available on the national territory. Collection of amberat and amberat-containing minerals shall be carried out by enterprises and organizations incorporated in production unit “Kyrgyzgeology” in conformity with licences issued by the State Committee on Environmental Protection. Processing of amberat and amberat-containing minerals shall be carried out by the Ministry of Public Health. Natural and legal persons found guilty of illegal transactions with amberat and amberat-containing minerals shall be liable to prosecution. Full text Russian Website www.minjust.gov.kg
