This Decree enters into force on 27 December 2012.
Abstract

This Decree, composed of 4 articles and 2 Annexes, creates the environmental protected areas of Primeiras islands in the District of Pebane and Segundas islands in the Districts of Angoche and Moma. These protected areas are established in order to preserve and protect marine species, within costal areas and their habitats. This Decree regulates the conditions to be satisfied in order to protect, conserve, preserve and manage aquatic resources, in particular for endangered or rare fish species and allowing sustainable exploitation of natural resources. The Annexes provide maps and the geographical coordinates of the protected areas.
